PCM Artificial Lift Solutions Inc. is seeking a Drive Head Technician in Macklin, SK to assist with the assembly and repair of oilfield wellhead drive equipment.
The responsibilities of the Drive Head Technician include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing, disassembly and repair of wellhead drive units.
- Manufacturing and assembly of wellhead drive units.
- Remanufacturing and assembly of stuffing boxes.
- Abide by all PCM policies and safety requirements.
- Perform other duties assigned by shop foreman.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with wellhead drive units.
- Previous experience working in a shop environment.
- Experience operating a forklift and overhead crane.
- Mechanical or Millwright Trade ticket would be an asset
Required Skills:
- High School Diploma, or GED equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment with guidance from supervisor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to complete tasks and show initiative to be self- sufficient as needed.
- Ability to complete paperwork accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Physical effort to move heavy objects and tools; frequent stooping, bending, squatting, and kneeling.
- A high level of dexterity is required.
