Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and dedicated professionals to join our home renovation team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in various construction disciplines and a passion for transforming residential spaces. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from framing and drywall to finishing touches, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations.
Duties
- Residential painting. Brush and roller.
- Drywall installation, taping, sanding and patching.
- Flooring installation. Vinyl, laminate, hardwood.
- Trim installation, caulking and finishing.
- Restoration projects involving demolition, rebuilding, or refurbishing existing structures.
- Speaking and coordinating jobs with building managers, home owners, suppliers, colleagues, etc.
- Other renovation related tasks, using power tools, picking up materials, job site clean up, etc.
Experience
- Strong communication skills is a must.
- Proven experience in residential or construction projects with a comprehensive understanding of renovation projects.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for various renovation tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and troubleshoot issues efficiently
Required Qualifications
- Valid G driver's license.
- Own a vehicle that can fit tools and materials. (Truck, Minivan or SUV).
- Able to lift 80+ lbs
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to use smartphones for photos and communication.
- Ability to articulate and communicate well with clients and suppliers.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
