What You'll Do
As our Technical Inside Sales & Warehouse Operations , you'll play a key role in supporting our customers while ensuring our warehouse operations run efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and follow up with customers.
- Assist customers in selecting the right sealing solutions for their applications.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Receive incoming products and verify inventory accuracy.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Work closely with suppliers, customers, and the sales team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives as the company grows.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, warehouse operations, or industrial distribution.
- Mechanical aptitude or technical knowledge is considered a strong asset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and learning ERP/inventory software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform warehouse duties.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Experience
Experience with any of the following is an asset:
- Industrial sealing products
- Gaskets
- O-rings
- Hydraulic or pneumatic components
- Bearings
- Pumps or rotating equipment
- Industrial maintenance or manufacturing environments
