We want to partner with entrepreneurial Trainers ready to take their business to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to helping clients achieve their goals. As a Personal Trainer, you will design and implement customized fitness programs, provide one-on-one coaching, and contribute to the overall success of our fitness community. Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Certificate or Degree in related field (preferred).
- Experience: 2+ years of personal training experience (preferred).
- Skills:
- Basic understanding of human anatomy and movement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Coaching
- Conduct fitness assessments and health screenings for new clients.
- Design and deliver personalized workout programs tailored to individual goals and abilities.
- Provide one-on-one and/or small group training sessions with a focus on safety, technique, and motivation.
- Education & Support
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits.
- Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as needed to ensure continued improvement.
- Offer encouragement and accountability to help clients stay on track with their goals.
- Facility Contribution
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
- Provide a positive and engaging presence on the gym floor to inspire members and promote services.
- Assist in gym events, challenges, and promotions to foster community engagement.
- Business Development
- Build and maintain a client base through referrals, marketing efforts, and relationship building.
- Promote and sell personal training packages, memberships, and other gym services.
- Professional Growth
- Stay current on fitness trends, techniques, and certifications.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.

Pay: $20,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
