We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Commercial Tire Sales and Service Manager to lead our tire sales operations within a dynamic business environment. Duties
- Supervise and support the store daily operations.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts while calling on new and cold accounts.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand the commercial tire customer base and increase market share
- Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing service team focused on sales and service activities and customer engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored tire solutions
- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that support long-term partnerships
- Oversee account management processes, ensuring excellent customer service and retention across all client accounts.
- Strong background in outside sales, business development, and account management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team toward achieving strategic goals
- Familiarity with marketing principles and techniques for driving demand and brand positioning

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
