We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for skincare, beauty treatments, and exceptional guest service. The Senior Esthetician will play a key role in enhancing client satisfaction through personalized treatments and expert advice, while also supporting the team with training and mentorship.
Duties
- Provide a wide range of esthetic services including manicures, pedicures, body waxing (including brazilians), and eyelash lift and tint with precision and professionalism
- Assist guests with product demos, upselling skincare products, and recommending personalized solutions to enhance their experience
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas, adhering to health regulations
- Offer exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client inquiries or concerns effectively
- Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and uphold the spa’s reputation for quality care
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Esthetician with expertise in nail care, body waxing, lash lift and tints, nail care, and other esthetic treatments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a spa or salon environment
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients about products and services
- Previous retail sales experience with a focus on upselling skincare or beauty products is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a professional demeanor
- A passion for beauty, wellness, and providing outstanding guest experiences
