We are currently seeking experienced Paint Prep Technicians, Industrial Painters, Spray Painters, Autobody Painters, Production Workers, Manufacturing Associates, Body Shop Technicians, and Composite Technicians to join a growing manufacturing and finishing facility in Fort Erie.
This is a long-term, permanent opportunity for individuals with hands-on painting and surface preparation experience in industrial, automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform surface preparation including sanding, masking, trimming, and cleaning components
- Prepare metal and composite parts for painting applications
- Operate spray guns and industrial painting equipment
- Apply primer, base coat, and top coat finishes
- Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure standards are met
- Support general production and manufacturing operations as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and quality control guidelines
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
Requirements
- Previous experience in autobody painting, industrial painting, automotive refinishing, aerospace, or aviation environments
- Strong hands-on experience with spray painting equipment
