The Role
We're looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly — scheduling jobs, handling inquiries, and making sure every client has a great experience from the first call to the completed job.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from new and existing customers
- Schedule and dispatch service appointments for our plumbing technicians
- Provide accurate quotes and job information to customers
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, customer information, and service history
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
- Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, or a trades/home services environment is an asset
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy schedule
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with basic computer tools (email, scheduling software, Google Workspace, etc.)
- A positive, team-oriented attitude

Pay: $34,556.39-$42,000.00 per year
