Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team at Fabutan hush lash studio. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience. This position offers flexible hours and an opportunity to develop valuable communication and interpersonal skills in a dynamic environment as well as product and service knowledge.
Duties
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist with guest inquiries, providing accurate information about services and prof its
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently during sales.
- Manage client bookings and registrations, ensuring all details are correct
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and rest of studio areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Able to work alone during your scheduled shifts
Skills
- Experience working customer service and sales is preferred
- Strong public speaking abilities to confidently address client needs or answer questions
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction
- Proficiency in cash handling with attention to accuracy along with opening and closing accurately
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
