- Experience in the trucking industry an asset

- Reliable transportation to get to and from the office
Duties:
- Arrange appointments and scheduling loads
- Provide informed directions and specific instructions for drivers deliveries
- Monitoring driver's working hours and equipment availability
- Provide continuous monitoring of all drivers en route
- Ensure hours of service are compliant
- Review driver logs and maintain various records
- Maintain professional relationships with customers via phone and email
- Motivate and manage drivers
- Provide technical support when needed
