Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Phone Operator/Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset, ensuring that all inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. This role involves managing phone system, providing exceptional customer service, and performing various administrative tasks to support our operations.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, utilizing excellent phone etiquette.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and scheduling technicians
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, typing, and proofreading documents.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks as needed, including basic accounting functions using QuickBooks.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance organizational efficiency and improve service delivery.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies in all interactions.
- Experience
- Previous experience in a phone operator or customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Experience in a bookkeeping role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
