We hired a gentleman 14 months ago and he is very happy making very good money; Took us a year to find him.
We are in need of a salesperson. Part time to start and maybe full time. Company hours are on our website and you must be willing to work any of those hours. Must be computer-literate, familiar with a Point-of-Sale platform such as Squirrel or STORIS, some sort of till. Will be asked to generate signs on the computer, dust, keep the store clean, and treat all people who come in the door with respect as much as is possible.
Must have minimum three years’ experience in high-end retail. Selling quality goods, hard or soft, to intelligent people.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting furniture and comfort products that meet their needs and preferences
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed explanations of features and benefits after a customer has tried a product for themselves
- Upsell as opportunities arrise through "show and tell" to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage account information, process transactions, and handle cash and POS systems accurately
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new products, sales events, and showroom merchandising
- Maintain organized displays and ensure the showroom is inviting and well-merchandised
Skills
- Proven experience in sales environments
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic math
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
- Ability to perform product demos effectively and upsell additional items or services as opportunities arrise
- Organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and maintaining showroom presentation
- Experience in cash handling, cashiering, account management, and/or marketing
