The Roxa Integrated Clinic is devoted to delivering the highest quality wellness services to our clients. We are currently seeking a Social Worker, who is passionate about supporting the well-being of Veterans by connecting them with benefits and community resources through a holistic and trauma informed interview process. The role centres on education about mental health, about impact of their injuries from the military service and assisting in completion of federal applications.

Requirements:
· Active registration in good standing with the relevant Alberta governing body (e.g., the Alberta College of Social Workers) and current practitioner liability insurance.
· Priority will be given to practitioners with experience in holistic, trauma-informed, and client-centred wellness approaches.
· A history of ‘doing their own work’ so that they are self-driven and can work at a level that supports clients wellness and administrative needs.
· Excellent self-care and the capacity to self-regulate, maintaining personal well-being while working in a healing profession.
· Proficiency with online tools such as the scheduling software, Jane.
Education:
· A recognized master’s degree in Social Work.
· Priority given to candidates who have pursued additional training beyond their core program, particularly in wellness, health promotion, or trauma-informed care.
Client Support:
· Coordinate and navigate client appointments, book follow-up scheduling, and prepare applications.
· Interview clients to become aware of their current health status, suggest benefits that may apply to their situation, and provide education that fills gaps in their understanding about mental and physical health.
· Support the interdisciplinary team through collaboration, precise and timely charting, and providing recommendations for the most appropriate services the client should pursue.
· Within their professional scope and in keeping with the clinic’s wellness focus, offer general well-being check-ins and supportive guidance as appropriate.
Duties:
· Attend the clinic in Edmonton, as required, to support clients, or virtually as appropriate.
· Communicate with and maintain kind, collaborative relationships with fellow practitioners and administrative staff.
· Maintain an effective working relationship with reception staff.
· Engage in ongoing personal and professional development so as to foster meaning in work and to avoid burnout.
Compensation & Start Date:
· $110 to 130 per hour depending on experience and compensation agreement.
· First round of hiring for positions starting July 1, 2026 second hiring round will be August 15, 2026
Pay: $110.00-$130.00 per hour
