Retail Sales Associate / Key Holder

Part-Time / Full-Time | 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Bombay Hair is a leading beauty brand specializing in luxury hair extensions and styling tools. We are growing our retail team and looking for a confident, sales-driven associate to join our Surrey location.
Role Overview
This is a customer-facing, sales-focused role. You will be responsible for actively engaging with customers, recommending products, and driving in-store sales while delivering a premium experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist all customers
- Recommend products based on customer needs
- Drive sales and meet targets
- Perform consultations for hair extensions and tools
- Maintain store organization and cleanliness
- Support opening/closing duties
Requirements
- Retail or customer service experience (sales preferred)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable approaching and engaging customers
- Interest in beauty or hair products
- Reliable and team-oriented
Availability
- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) is required
- Must be available for shifts 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Hours
- Part-Time: 15–25 hours/week
- Full-Time: 30–45 hours/week
Important
This is a sales-driven role. Candidates must be confident recommending products and engaging with customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
