About the Role
As our Social Media - Content, Design, & Ad Specialist, you'll be the visual engine behind our clients' online presence. You'll design scroll-stopping graphics, build out content that people can't help but like and share, and act as a go-to design resource for our wider team when a project needs an extra creative hand. What You'll Be Doing: Visual Design & Content Creation (Core Focus)
- Design Social Content: Create eye-catching graphics, carousels, templates, and short-form video/motion content for client social channels.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure every visual asset aligns with each client's brand guidelines, tone, and voice.
- Team Design Support: Act as a shared visual resource for the wider Cinch team, helping bring other team members' campaigns, presentations, and client requests to life when extra design support is needed.
- Copywriting: Craft engaging, brand-aligned copy for posts, captions, and stories to accompany your visuals.
- Content Calendars: Plan and build content calendars aligned with client goals and promotions.
Platform Management
- Publishing Content: Schedule and post across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions to build brand loyalty.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of trends, tools, and platform features to keep client content fresh and relevant.
Analytics and Reporting
- Performance Tracking: Measure reach, engagement, click-through rates, and other key metrics.
- Adjusting Strategies: Use data-driven insights to refine content and design direction.
- Reporting: Compile performance reports for clients and internal reviews.
Meta Ads
- Assist with Meta Ads Manager campaign setup and creative for Facebook and Instagram, under the guidance of our Digital Marketing Lead.
- Help build ad creative and test variations to support performance.
- Support basic budget monitoring and monthly ad reporting.
Collaboration
- Team Coordination: Work closely with marketing, web, and design teams to align social content with broader campaigns.
- Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to capture their vision, adapt strategies, and deliver outstanding results.
Nice-to-Have Skills

Required: Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar), with a portfolio that shows range across formats. Preferred: Familiarity with Hootsuite (or similar scheduling tools), Meta Ads Manager, and basic analytics platforms.
