What You’ll Do
As a Technical Account Manager, you'll become the primary technical contact for a portfolio of customer accounts and help customers successfully implement, integrate, and maximize the value of APS Aerospace's software solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Building trusted relationships with assigned customer accounts.
· Guiding customers through software implementation, onboarding, upgrades, and deployments.
· Configuring APS software products, including Insight, FAS, and Lumina.
· Providing technical guidance and best-practice recommendations.
· Troubleshooting software issues and coordinating solutions with Development and Engineering teams.
· Delivering customer training and product demonstrations.
· Participating in software testing and validation activities.
· Monitoring customer adoption and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
· Contributing customer feedback to support future product development.
· Participating in an after-hours customer support rotation as required.
What You Bring
· Post-secondary education in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
· Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills.
· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to explain technical concepts to customers with varying levels of technical expertise.
· Experience in the aviation industry, flight simulation, or supporting simulation-based software would be considered a significant asset.
· Experience with SQL, Power BI, Python, JavaScript, or similar technical tools.
· A passion for technology, customer success, and continuous learning.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Location: On-Site (Mon – Fri) at 1420 Blair Towers Place (Ottawa, ON)
Salary: $65,000-$80,000 CAD Annually based on qualifications and experience
