Overview
CCAH is seeking a dynamic and motivated Programs Coordinator to lead and manage a variety of community engagement initiatives and organizational programs. This role is essential in driving program success through strategic planning, effective communication, and team leadership. As a Programs Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating activities, fostering partnerships, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects that align with our mission to make a positive impact. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee multiple programs and initiatives from conception through completion, ensuring they meet organizational goals and deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to plan events, workshops, and outreach activities that promote program objectives.
- Supervise volunteers, interns, or junior staff involved in program activities, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Manage data collection efforts related to program participation, outcomes, and feedback to inform continuous improvement.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, preparing reports, and managing budgets related to programs.
- Recruit participants or volunteers through targeted marketing strategies and outreach efforts to maximize engagement.
Skills
- Proven supervising experience with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams effectively.
- Confidence in engaging audiences of varied backgrounds.
- Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to organize multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of marketing principles for promoting programs through various channels including social media and community networks.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Experience in data collection methods for tracking program metrics and evaluating success.
- Solid administrative experience with attention to detail in record keeping and report preparation.
- Recruiting skills for attracting participants, volunteers, or staff members aligned with program needs.
- Teaching or training experience is a plus for conducting workshops or educational sessions.

Pay: $47,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
