Job Description
We are an established electrical contracting company of 22 years seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Project Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills with a solid understanding and experience in the electrical field. This role requires effective communication, being self sufficient and the ability to manage multiple tasks while being a team player!
Responsibilities
- Review blueprints, schematics, and technical shop drawings in conjunction with the Project Managers.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project tracking and documentation.
- Help service manager with coordination of service calls and billing.
- Provide support to the Project Managers from the start all the way through to the completion of all ongoing projects.
- Produce As-Builts drawings on AutoCAD.
- Start time is 7am and can go to 4pm on a daily basis depending on workload!
Qualifications
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics and construction processes.
- Experience as a 309A electrical apprentice or from an electrical supplier is an asset.
- Experience using construction management software such as ProCore or similar tools.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Adobe, Microsoft Excel and Word are mandatory.
- Excellent communication abilities in English, both verbal and written.
