Key Responsibilities
- Structure financial and leasing deals in compliance with dealership guidelines and lender requirements.
- Present and sell financial services, extended warranties, insurance, and chemical protection products to customers.
- Maintain strong, professional working relationships with financial institutions and sub-prime lenders.
- Process all federal, provincial, and corporate documentation accurately and efficiently to ensure timely funding.
- Maintain an exceptionally high level of customer satisfaction (CSI) by providing a transparent and seamless delivery experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensing: Valid OMVIC certification in good standing is strictly required.
- Experience: Proven track record of success as an Automotive Financial Services Manager / Business Manager.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills. Deep understanding of automotive deal structuring, credit analysis, and menu selling.
- Compliance: Thorough knowledge of retail automotive regulations and ethical lending practices.
