Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in a dental office setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using computerized systems.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries, including experience with QuickBooks.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents.
- Support office operations by maintaining cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support and service delivery.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for effective clerical work.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and staff.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
