We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Productivity Coordinator to support our operations team by tracking productivity and documenting job-site performance.
Position Summary
The Field Productivity Coordinator will spend each workday onsite observing crews, tracking task durations, and documenting workflow data. This information will help management better understand production timelines, identify efficiencies, and improve overall job-site performance.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, data collection, and working in a field environment.
Responsibilities
- Travel to assigned job sites daily.
- Observe crews performing gutter, siding, fascia, soffit, and exterior service work.
- Track and record how long specific tasks take to complete.
- Document workflow activities and production timelines.
- Maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and reporting tools.
- Enter and organize data for management review and analysis.
- Communicate professionally with crew members and managers.
- Ensure all information is collected accurately and consistently.
- Assist with operational reporting and productivity tracking initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience using spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar).
- Ability to travel to multiple job sites.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in construction environments.
- Strong observation and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in operations, construction, project coordination, data tracking, or field support is an asset.
