Barrie Smile Centre is growing, and we're looking for a Dental Assistant (Sterilization/Floater) to join our amazing team!
We are a modern, family-friendly dental practice with a strong focus on technology, customer service, cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, and surgical procedures. Our clinical team includes our owner dentists, who focus primarily on implant and surgical dentistry, five associate dentists, four hygienists, and three experienced Level II Dental Assistants.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, loves being part of a team, and is eager to learn and grow.
What You'll Do
As our Sterilization/Floater Assistant, you'll play an essential role in keeping our clinic running smoothly by:
- Supporting our clinical team throughout the day
- Managing instrument sterilization and operatory turnover
- Assisting with patient flow and room setup
- Helping wherever needed to ensure an exceptional patient experience
- Learning alongside an experienced team with opportunities to expand your skills

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Most days: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- No evenings (other than Tuesday)
- No weekends

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
