Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment thoroughly using appropriate cleaning methods
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas to meet health and safety standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and ingredients
- Support the kitchen team by handling food handling duties in accordance with safety protocols
- Ensure proper storage of clean items and organize dirty dishes for efficient processing
- Follow all sanitation procedures and safety guidelines to prevent contamination and accidents
- Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations such as food preparation, cooking, and serving is advantageous
