Title: Boutique Assistant
Position: Part-Time (with opportunity to grow)
Schedule: Shifts on Saturdays and select Sundays plus one shift on weekday Wednesday - Friday.

LoveStory Bridal is looking for a Boutique Assistant to help keep our boutique running smoothly behind the scenes while supporting our stylists in creating unforgettable bridal appointments.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, takes pride in attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Every day is different, from receiving beautiful new gowns and preparing the boutique for appointments to coordinating menswear rentals and helping brides celebrate one of the most exciting moments of their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process bridal gown deliveries.
- Maintain showroom inventory and ensure the boutique is always beautifully presented.
- Steam gowns and prepare inventory for appointments, events, and trunk shows.
- Contact brides when their dresses and accessories arrive.
- Assist with appointment preparation and reset the boutique after appointments.
- Support our bridal stylists during appointments as needed, helping create a seamless and exceptional experience for every bride and her guests.
- Coordinate our menswear rental program, including measurements, order management, customer communication, and returns (training provided).
- Support boutique events and vendor partnerships.
- Assist with administrative tasks.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming boutique environment and backroom.
- Support social media and marketing initiatives as needed.
Additional Duties
Schedule RequirementsThis is a part-time position. Because bridal shopping happens primarily on weekends, weekend availability is required. Additional weekday shifts will be scheduled on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays based on the needs of the business, including appointments, inventory deliveries, events, and other operational priorities.

- Can multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
- Is comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Is able to lift and move bridal gowns and boxes when required up to 30lbs
- 1+ year experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer facing role required.
- A passion for fashion, weddings, and/or creating exceptional customer experiences is an asset.
- High school diploma required.
