NOW HIRING: DOOR-TO-DOOR APPOINTMENT SETTERS
Full-Time or Part-Time | Minimum 25 Hours Per Week | Year-Round Work

V.I.L. Landscaping is hiring motivated and competitive door-to-door representatives to generate leads and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.
This is not a closing role. Your main responsibility is to speak with homeowners, identify potential projects, and book appointments for our sales representatives.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Promote V.I.L. Landscaping services door to door
- Speak with homeowners and identify potential landscaping needs
- Collect accurate contact and project information
- Book qualified appointments for our sales team
- Follow up when needed to confirm appointments
- Work a minimum of 25 hours per week
- Work outdoors throughout the year in different weather conditions
- Participate in weekly sales and mindset coaching
PERFORMANCE TARGETS
- Generate 3 qualified leads per day
- Work 5 days per week
- Generate 15 qualified leads per week
- Convert approximately 66% of leads into appointments
- Target 10 booked appointments per week
EXPECTED EARNINGS
At the weekly target:
- 10 booked appointments × $60 = $600
- Approximately 2 jobs sold from those appointments
- Average closed revenue target: $30,000
- 3% commission on closed work = $900
- Total target earnings: approximately $1,500 per week
Strong performers can earn $2,000 or more per week during the busy season. Earnings depend on appointments set, sales results, project values, and individual performance.
