Job Overview
ARGO Fitness Group is looking for a reliable and hardworking Gym Equipment Delivery & Installation Technician to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will deliver, assemble, install, and service commercial fitness equipment for gyms, condominiums, hotels, corporate fitness centers, and residential customers across the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has strong mechanical skills, and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver commercial fitness equipment safely to customer locations.
- Load, unload, and transport heavy equipment using proper lifting techniques and warehouse equipment.
- Assemble and install fitness equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
- Test equipment to ensure proper operation and safety.
- Perform service calls, maintenance, and basic repairs when required.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and company vehicle.
- Communicate professionally with customers and represent ARGO Fitness Group on-site.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
- Forklift experience
- Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (75–100 lbs or more).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience with equipment installation, furniture assembly, commercial equipment, moving, construction, or warehouse operations is an asset.
