```Duties```
- Assist customers with product selection and provide product demos
- Process retail sales transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system and internal order entry system
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment, including flower coolers
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient shop operations
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
