We are seeking an experienced Web Operations & Digital Project Specialist to support day-to-day web operations and project manage key website and digital platform initiatives through the remainder of the year.
This role will manage incoming web requests, maintain visibility across the web backlog, coordinate with internal stakeholders and external development partners, and support priority digital initiatives, including website migrations, platform enhancements, and web-facing security projects.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities across a large website portfolio, and able to translate business needs into clear requirements, tickets, timelines, and deliverables. This role will act as a key liaison between Marketing, Technology, internal stakeholders, and external web partners to ensure web requests and projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with appropriate governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Web Operations & Request Management

Manage incoming web requests through Zendesk and other intake channels, including bugs, content updates, redirects, new features.

Triage, prioritize, assign, and track web tickets to ensure statuses, timelines, blockers, and next steps are kept up to date.

Manage the web backlog across 70+ websites, including the main Lifemark.ca website and related business/unit websites.

Act as the day-to-day liaison between Marketing, Technology, the web development agency, and internal stakeholders to move requests forward.

Attend weekly web development agency meetings to review priorities, open tickets, blockers, timelines, and upcoming deployments.
Website Portfolio Management & Maintenance

Support ongoing maintenance and evolution of Lifemark’s website portfolio, including content updates, URL redirects, and general website support.

Manage domain and web hosting migration activities for newly acquired entities, including credential tracking and coordination with Technology and external vendors.

Maintain key web property documentation such as site details, access information, contacts, domain/hosting notes, and related records.

Monitor and maintain operational tools and platforms, including Uptime Robot, Google Cloud Console, API usage, domain renewals, GA4 event tracking enablement, and internal site search.

Track and flag recurring issues, technical debt, platform risks, and operational gaps across the web portfolio.
Digital Project Management

Project manage priority website and digital initiatives through year-end, including website migrations, platform enhancements, and web-facing security projects.

Coordinate legacy website migrations onto the Drupal multisite platform, including planning, requirements gathering, content coordination, QA, stakeholder review, deployment, and post-launch validation.

Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, site maps, requirements documents, and status updates.

Coordinate with content, design, translation, Technology, business stakeholders, external development partners, and third-party platforms to keep projects moving.

Track agency estimates, hours, budget impacts, approvals, dependencies, risks, and resourcing constraints, escalating issues clearly when needed.
Web Governance, QA & Release Support

Support web deployment governance, including deployment ticket tracking, release readiness, stakeholder approvals, validation testing, and post-production checks.

Perform testing and validation before production releases to confirm work has been completed accurately and aligns with requirements.

Coordinate release timing and communications with the web development agency, Technology, Marketing stakeholders, and business owners.

Act as a Marketing point of contact for web-related Technology and IT Security requests and projects, including security scans, remediation items, infrastructure changes, and access needs.
What we're looking for:

3-5 years of experience managing web operations, website requests, or digital project delivery in a multi-site or multi-brand environment.

Strong project management skills, including managing timelines, deliverables, dependencies, stakeholder feedback, budgets, and vendor coordination.

Experience working with web development agencies, Technology teams, and cross-functional Marketing stakeholders.

Hands-on experience managing or supporting websites in Drupal is required; experience with Drupal multisite environments is strongly preferred.

Experience using ticketing and project management tools such as Zendesk, Azure DevOps, BugHerd, or similar platforms.

Comfortable coordinating QA, testing, release readiness, deployment validation, and post-launch support.

Strong understanding of website maintenance, redirects, content updates, domains, hosting, analytics tracking, and web governance.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to document requirements, summarize status, and escalate issues clearly.
