Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Foreman/Women to lead and oversee landscape maintenance and horticultural projects in the area. This role is perfect for someone passionate about gardening, irrigation, and horticulture who thrives in a supervisory capacity. As a key leader on our team, you will manage daily operations, coordinate landscape projects, and ensure the highest standards of landscape care are met. Duties
- Foreman/Women and coordinate landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Lead gardening and horticultural efforts by selecting appropriate plants, managing soil health, and implementing sustainable practices.
- Manage construction projects related to landscape improvements, including site preparation, and installation of features like pathways or garden beds.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on safety, skill development, and excellence.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of project timelines, resource usage, and client specifications to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture or related fields with a strong understanding of plant care and landscape design principles.
- Supervising experience with demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams effectively.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and vendors.
- Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions for extended periods.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
