Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Casual Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all visitors. Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs
- Ensure all public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms are tidy and well-maintained
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure high standards of hygiene
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure guest comfort and convenience
- Adhere to hotel policies regarding confidentiality, security, and guest privacy
Experience
- Prior custodial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Experience in hotel or hospitality environments is a plus
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning tools and methods is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following safety guidelines
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
Pay: $16.75-$17.20 per hour
