We are a decorative concrete company specializing in high-end fireplaces and firepits for indoor and outdoor application. We are proud of our products and provide custom made artisanal concrete works. We serve the needs of commercial and residential clients.
Career Overview
We are looking for a Sales Team Lead that is a highly motivated and goal-oriented person. As a key sales player, you will communicate with designers, builders, architects and homeowners. You will need excellent customer service skills and a positive can-do attitude. MUST know Sketch-Up to create drawings for customer approval.
Proper training and our full support will be provided to help you start off and succeed in this position:
Qualified leads
CRM, Personal Email box
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- replying to customers through phone and email enquires,
- quotes, Follow Ups,
- Sales (contract signing),
- sold project management,
- ensuring company policies are applied in all sales
- assisting with drawings in Sketch-Up
- reviewing drawings from other team members for QC
- Leading weekly reviews and sales goals
Qualifications/Skills:
At least 3 year of EXPERIENCE IN HIGH END RETAIL or A DESIGN RELATED FIELD, either residential or commercial (product knowledge, measurement and estimation/quotation experience, and basic technical installation knowledge)
Proven strong sales skills (business management, presentation, closing)
Must be fluent in Sketch-Up
Strong Communication skills
Fluent in English
Pro-active, self-motivated, independent, quick learner and well organized
Confident computer user (email, Internet etc)
Ability to act decisively and work with a high degree of autonomy
A well-groomed appearance and very positive attitude are a must.
Compensation:
Base + Commission Pay
Expected annual range from 80K to 120K with commissions
Job Types: Full-time, Commission, Permanent
Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
