At New Moon Counselling we providing high quality mental health support to children, teens, adults, couples, and families. **The ideal candidate will have experience in trauma focused modalities such as IFS and/or EMDR.**

Requirements
- A Masters Degree in Social Work or Registered Psychotherapy
- Registration, and in good standing, with the OCSWSSW or equivalent OR registration with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) is required
- Minimum 2 years clinical counselling experience (open to applicants with 1 year placement experience)
- Post graduate trauma training in therapy models, such as EMDR, IFS, etc.
- Flexible on evenings & weekends
- Training and experience in ADHD, ASD, OCD, is an asset
- Able to acquire your own personal liability insurance
Knowledge, skills and abilities
- Strong skills in case conceptualization, treatment planning, and progress notes
- Preference for those with experience and skill working with trauma using practices such as EMDR
- Ability to maintain high levels of self-care
- Ability to work effectively with team members
- Ability to efficiently manage time while showing flexibility in a very active environment

- Candidate must be able to offer both in-person and online counselling services
