Position Summary
Samosa & Sweet Factory is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Product Demonstrators to represent our brand in retail environments across the GTA. In this role, you will engage with customers, promote our products, and provide a positive in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up product demonstration stations across the GTA at retail locations such as No Frills, FreshCo, and other ethnic grocery stores across the GTA
- Actively engage with customers and promote products in a friendly and professional manner
- Offer samples and explain product features and benefits
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times
- Manage product displays and ensure the demonstration station is well-organized
- Wind down and clean up the station at the end of each shift
- Hand over remaining products and ensure proper closure of the station
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and English
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset
