In this role, you’ll help customers find the right vehicle by guiding them through every step of the sales journey — from vehicle selection and test drives to pricing, financing, and delivery. Compensation: Commission-based ranging from $70,000 - $120,000 - potential to earn more based on performance.

What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain full knowledge of all Mercedes-Benz products, available services, accessories, prices and key features.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the buying journey.
- Assist customers with vehicle selection, leasing, and purchasing options.
- Conduct test drives of vehicles for sale.
- Plan and implement sales-incentive programs.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Recommend value-added products and services.
- Other duties as required.
What We Look For:
- Valid OMVIC certification.
- 2+ years of automotive sales experience required.
- Luxury brand experience preferred.
- Experience working in a high-volume dealership environment.
- Must have excellent communication skills (good verbal skills and a clear speaking voice).
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with OneEighty software considered an asset.
- Works well with a team as well as individually.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable using technology.
