Delivery Driver & Factory General Helper (Food Manufacturing)
Company: Local food factory specializing in fresh noodles
Location: 5732 Hwy 7, Woodbridge, ON
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekly Hours: 40 – 48 hours
Job Description
We are hiring a full-time delivery driver for our food manufacturing factory.
The role includes customer delivery in the morning/noon and factory packaging work in the afternoon after deliveries are completed.
- Deliver noodle and pastry products to local restaurants and supermarkets
- Safely operate company pickup truck and cargo van
- Load, unload and organize products before and after delivery
- Complete daily delivery logs and maintain good customer communication
- Assist with food product packaging and general factory duties after finishing daily deliveries
- Keep work vehicles clean and perform basic daily inspection
Job Requirements
- Valid Ontario G driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experienced and confident driving pickup trucks and vans
- Able to speak fluent Mandarin Chinese (mandatory for local client communication)
- Hardworking, reliable, punctual, and able to follow factory work rules
- Able to do physical work including loading goods and packaging production
Salary & Benefits
- Probation period: 2 weeks
- Probation wage: $18 / hour
- Regular full-time wage after probation: $20 / hour
- Stable full-time work, consistent weekly hours
