We are seeking a Phlebotomist cum Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to join our growing family practice. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, organized, and comfortable working in a busy clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Phlebotomy Duties
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection for patients of all ages
- Label, handle, and prepare specimens accurately for laboratory pickup
- Maintain infection control, safety, and quality standards
- Maintain accurate documentation related to specimen collection
MOA Duties
- Patient check-in and check-out, appointment scheduling, and phone management
- Data entry and chart management in Accuro EMR
- Processing lab reports, referrals, and medical documents
- Assisting physicians with clinic workflow and administrative tasks
- Maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certification or formal training in Phlebotomy
- MOA diploma or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience with Accuro EMR system
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of infection prevention and control standard
- Must be available on Saturdays and Sundays

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
