About the role
We're pleased to announce that our tech-driven property management firm is growing, and we're hiring a full-time Condominium Property Manager.
Elara is professional, innovative, and singularly focused on elevating the condominium ownership experience. We're a closely integrated team that continually refines how we serve our clients.
This role is a key touchpoint for those clients. It calls for a warm, engaging individual who stays calm and collected under pressure, and who can navigate a sophisticated stack of integrated software and systems. Our ideal candidate is quick with technology, diligent with administrative follow-through, and a genuine condominium specialist.
What you'll bring
If you're licensed (or eligible to be licensed) through the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA), committed to managing your portfolio with excellence, and energized by joining a dedicated team, we'd love to talk.
Required:
- Licensed through RECA, or eligible to obtain your Condominium Manager licence within 90 days of employment
- Exceptional customer service instincts and a genuine love for working with people
- Confidence leading and chairing meetings, including AGMs and public events
- Strong administrative skills: formatting, Excel, mail merges, and professional business communication
- Conflict resolution and/or sales experience
- Strong contract negotiation and analysis skills
- Comfort working independently across multiple locations, with a flexible schedule to support a diverse portfolio
- Quick to adopt new technology, including the proprietary systems behind the Elara experience
Considered an asset:
- QuickBooks or general accounting exposure
- Prior condominium management experience

Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
