'Responsibilities'
' Lead and coordinate multiple construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage cross-functional teams and liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication among all project participants.
- Report on project status to senior management.'
- Project Planning & Administration
- · Assist in estimating, tendering, and preparing bid packages.
· Secure necessary building permits and schedule required municipal/provincial inspections.
· Draft and issue subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, and change orders.
· Maintain accurate project documentation, including site logs, drawings, RFIs (Requests for Information), and submittals.
· Track project budgets, monitor expenses, and assist with progressive invoicing.
- Site Coordination & Management
· Create and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion.
· Coordinate sub-trades, suppliers, and internal crews to keep the site moving efficiently.
· Procure and schedule the delivery of materials and equipment to the job site.
· Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to building codes.
· Troubleshoot on-site issues quickly and decisively to minimize delays.
- Health, Safety & Compliance
· Ensure all sites comply with provincial Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and local building codes.
· Verify that all sub-trades have valid WCB/provincial workers' compensation coverage and liability insurance before stepping on site.
· Promote a culture of safety and ensure site-specific safety plans are followed.
· Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular progress updates.
· Manage client expectations regarding timelines, budgets, and change orders.
· Coordinate final walk-throughs and manage the completion of project punch lists/deficiency lists.

- Proven experience in construction project management or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools like MS Project, Jira, Primavera P6.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.'

· Requirements: Valid Canadian driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for travel to local job sites.
