MasterTech Paint and Dent is looking for the next qualified Prepper/Refinisher to join our team!
We are a growing autobody repair company with body shop locations in Langley and Richmond, servicing the Fraser Valley and Greater Vancouver.
We’re looking for someone with:
- A high degree of professionalism
- The ability to problem-solve and work both independently and as part of a team
- A great work ethic and desire to continue improving
- A minimum of three years of experience in autobody work; Red seal certification is considered an asset
You should be proficient with:
- Assessing bodywork to ensure paint work will be of a high-quality
- Panel masking, sanding, and other preparation
- Priming to ensure a high-quality refinish
- Identifying substrates and mixing product
- Smooth application of all base and colour coats as well as sealers, clear coats, and top coats
- Restoring anti-corrosion treatments
- Ensuring equipment and work spaces are kept clean and organized
- Upholding all company health and safety protocols

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
