Smartwork Electrical Ltd. is hiring an Experienced Electrician to join our team. We are a growing electrical contractor specializing in residential, commercial, and multi-family construction projects.
We are looking for a dependable, skilled electrician who can contribute immediately on active job sites and take pride in quality workmanship and safe work practices.
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installation work on residential and commercial construction sites
- Carry out rough-in, finishing, and service-related electrical tasks
- Install wiring, panels, lighting, devices, and distribution systems
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Work independently or as part of a team under site supervision
- Ensure all work meets BC Electrical Code and safety standards
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Assist apprentices when required
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in electrical construction (residential, commercial, or multi-family)
- Basic understanding of BC Electrical Code
- Ability to read drawings and follow instructions accurately
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
- Valid BC Driver’s Licence (asset)
