We are currently seeking an experienced Plumber / Multi-Trade Technician for a 14 days on / 14 days off rotational position at CNRL Horizon. This role involves working on modular trailer installations and renovations, with a balanced split between plumbing and carpentry-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Plumbing (Approximately 50%)
- Installation of sewage drainage systems for modular trailers
- Running and connecting water supply lines
- Kitchen renovations (sink installations, fixture connections, drainage)
- Bathroom renovations (toilets, tubs/showers, vanities, rough-in & finishing)
- Installation of gas lines for modular trailers (must meet all code requirements)
- Testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with plumbing codes
Carpentry / Multi-Trade (Approximately 50%)
- Framing and structural modifications for plumbing installations
- Assisting with kitchen and bathroom renovations
- Finish carpentry related to renovation work
- Modular Installation & Demobilization
- General construction support as required
Qualifications
- Certified/Red Seal Plumber (preferred) or equivalent experience
- Experience with modular buildings or trailers considered an asset
- Gas fitting certification considered an asset
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong understanding of plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Carpentry experience required
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
