We are seeking experienced and reliable Owner-Operators to haul with a tri-axle dump truck throughout the state of Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity for independent drivers or businesses looking for steady long term work and competitive compensation.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a tri-axle dump truck safely and efficiently
- Haul aggregate, asphalt, dirt, and other materials to and from job sites
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Ensure proper loading and secure transport of materials
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal DOT regulations
- Keep accurate logs and required documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and site personnel
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Must own and operate a tri-axle dump truck
- Valid CDL Class A or B license (Indiana)
- Minimum 2–3 years of dump truck driving experience preferred
- Clean driving record (MVR)
- Proof of insurance (liability and cargo, meeting state requirements)
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening
- Knowledge of Indiana roadways and job site safety practices
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with local construction projects and routes
- Flexible availability, including early mornings and 6 days a week
Pay: $155.00-$162.00 per hour
