We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Fredericton. 540 is known for combining comfort food with a fine-dining influence while sourcing many ingredients locally whenever possible.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and execute menu items to 540 standards
- Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation during service
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Assist with prep, inventory, and station organization
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with chefs and fellow team members to deliver an outstanding guest experience
What We're Looking For
- Previous line cook experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Passion for food and continuous learning
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Food Safety Certification is an asset
