Status: Part time with potential full time hours.
Reports to: Guest Services Manager/ General Manager
Job Knowledge, Skills and Ability:

- Ability to work in a team environment or individually.
- Ability to read, write and understand the English language in order to communicate with guests, other employees and managers.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor for all staff and guests.
Duties and Functions:
- To ensure the property is safe and secured.
- To maintain cleanliness of public areas, public area washrooms and pool area.
- To assist the front desk team to deliver any requested item to the guest room.
- Regular walkarounds on premise and parking lot to enhance security.
- Other duties as assigned by the Management.
