About the Role
We're McKennon Home Services, a residential exterior cleaning company serving homeowners across Durham Region and the GTA. We're growing and we need a reliable, hardworking technician to join the crew.
This is hands-on field work. You'll be cleaning windows, running power washing equipment, clearing gutters, and doing property maintenance jobs for homeowners. The work is physical, the days move fast, and the season is busy — which means steady hours and consistent pay for the right person.
What you'll be doing
Showing up to residential jobs, completing the work to a high standard, and representing the company professionally at every door. You're the reason clients call us back year after year, so quality matters.
Requirements
- Valid G driver's license and your own reliable vehicle — non-negotiable, you need to get yourself to job sites
- Comfortable working at heights (ladders, upper-level windows, rooflines)
- Physically fit — this is outdoor labour, rain or shine
- Punctual and professional — you're on clients' properties, first impressions count
- Previous experience in cleaning, landscaping, construction, or general labour is an asset but we'll train the right person
