ABOUT THE POSITION
E.H. Price Solutions is looking for a Refrigeration Technician to support the commissioning and technical support of its HVAC projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform equipment and system startups for products sold or represented by E.H. Price Solutions.
- Conduct pre-site visits and participate in assessing installation readiness.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues encountered during commissioning.
- Provide technical support (on-site or remote) to customers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Contribute to the resolution of technical issues related to projects, both internally and externally.
- Participate, as required, in technical meetings (virtual or in person).
- Deliver technical training to customers on delivered systems and projects.
- Produce clear and professional service reports documenting interventions and next steps
WORK ORGANIZATION
- The technician’s schedule is planned and coordinated by the dispatcher in collaboration with internal teams and project needs.
- The technician is required to respect schedules, planned site attendance, and established timelines.
- Actively collaborates with the dispatcher and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of service calls.
- Ensures all required equipment, tools, and documentation are available for scheduled interventions.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS
- Non-CCQ position
- Regular schedule of 37.5 hours per week
