Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Project Manager to join our glazing management team. This role is ideal for someone with AutoCAD experience who is comfortable working with construction drawings, customer communication, quoting, and project coordination. Experience in the glass and glazing industry is a strong asset
Duties
- Prepare quotes and process customer orders for:
- Shower enclosures
- Railings
- Mirrors
- Glass partitions
- and related custom glass and mirror projects
- Review drawings, measurements, and specifications
- Coordinate with customers, installers, suppliers, and project managers
- Handle customer service and follow-up communication
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks
- Maintain organized project documentation and files
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes and tools.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- A background in project management or construction management is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Glass and glazing /Construction industry experience preferred
Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
