Rehab Plus is a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinic dedicated to patient-centered care, mentorship, and continuous learning. We are seeking a motivated Physiotherapist with 2–3 years of experience to join our Cambridge team for a long-term commitment. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and deliver evidence-based, individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education.
- Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team (e.g., RMTs, Acupuncturist) to provide holistic patient care.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and timely electronic patient documentation.
- Actively engage in team case discussions, mentorship, and clinical growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensure: Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of clinical practice experience.
- Commitment: Seeking a long-term position to build a strong patient caseload and grow with our team.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, a collaborative mindset, and a strong drive to learn.
