Pure Home Comfort is a growing HVAC company serving residential and commercial customers throughout the Hamilton area. We are currently looking for a skilled Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our team.
If you have experience working in a fabrication shop and enjoy producing high-quality custom ductwork and sheet metal products, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Fabricate custom sheet metal components for residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and fabrication details.
- Measure, cut, bend, assemble, and prepare sheet metal products accurately.
- Operate fabrication equipment, including brakes, shears, notchers, rollers, and other shop machinery.
- Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards and project specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work closely with the installation team to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Assist with other shop duties as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sheet metal fabrication experience.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints.
- Experience operating standard sheet metal fabrication equipment.
- Strong measuring and layout skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing quality work.
