About the Role
Reporting to the Controller, the Senior Accountant will support core accounting operations, financial reporting, and process improvement efforts. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working cross-functionally.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
· Manage AP and AR functions, supporting the AP Coordinator and junior accountant as needed.
· Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
· Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow activities.
· Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors.
· Help identify and implement process improvements.
· Contribute to special projects, such as audits and system upgrades.
What You Bring
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
· CPA designation is an asset.
· 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
· Proficiency with Excel; ERP experience preferred.
· Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
· Ability to work independently and take initiative.
